Serving the Northeastern United States for over 40 Years!

Welcome to Pare Corporation.

As a multidisciplinary firm of engineers, planners, environmental and wetland scientists, GIS specialists, CAD technicians, and regulatory permitting specialists, our clients depend on us to help them work through the anxieties of the design and permitting process while sharing their sense of urgency.

In addition to the traditional engineering and planning projects you would expect to find as you look through these pages (roads, bridges, site design, infrastructure), you will find projects and experience featuring sustainable and low-impact development, smart growth planning, and LEED documentation for “Green” building certification.

PARE has been serving the needs of public and private clients throughout New England and the Northeastern United States for more than four decades.

We're ready to serve you.

Featured Project

Gymnasium wing of the new Norwood High School, Norwood, MA

The new recently-opened $68.6 million Norwood High School is the first school facility built under Massachusetts' cost-saving “Model School Program" which incorporates successful design elements from existing schools into the design of new facilities.  Rather than “reinventing the wheel” for each new school project, the use of an existing “model” simplifies the design process, reduces the amount of time it takes to build a new facility by at least one year, and utilizes design dynamics that have already been deemed successful by students, teachers, and administrators.

Pare Corporation was the civil engineer for this new high school project.  In addition to site and drainage design, PARE also provided traffic and roadway engineering, geotechnical engineering, soil remediation, athletic field design, and construction-phase services.   PARE worked closely with Ai3 Architects throughout the project from planning to ribbon-cutting.

New PARE “Green” Blog

PARE’s Sustainable Design Committee decided 2012 is a year for change.  They will no longer be issuing a Green Times newsletter each month (previous issues are posted on this website under “About Us > Newsletters”).   However, in order to keep everyone updated on the latest green articles, projects, and design ideas they have started PARE’s very own “GreenPARE” blog!  Several members of the Sustainable Design Committee—Scott Lindgren, Cari Orsi, Brandon Blanchard, and Lauren Hastings—have already posted to the blog.

Please check out the GreenPARE blog at www.greenpare.wordpress.com

If you wish, you can subscribe to the blog by entering your email address via the “Follow” button in the lower right corner of the screen.  This will allow you to get new postings at a frequency which you can control.
