The environmental engineers of Pare Corporation can provide environmental site assessments, from performing historical site review and investigations (Phase I); developing and implementing sampling and analysis programs (Phase II); to the development of plans for site remedial action and contaminant mitigation (Phase III). Our personnel have significant experience assuring project compliance with federal regulations as well as the requirements of states throughout the northeast. Our environmental site assessments for commercial real estate are conducted in conformance with the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM Standards E1527 and E1528). Pare has the experience, technology, and personnel to carry out the "cradle to grave" management strategy required for dealing with hazardous waste and materials in the environment today.
