PARE has provided a wide variety of planning services for our clients.  PARE's planners combine transportation and municipal planning tenets to produce smart growth solutions for efforts such as land use planning, urban revitalization, harbor management plans, wastewater facility plans, build-out analyses, and multimodal transportation plans.  Projects also include revisions to zoning, design guidelines, development regulations, and impact fee ordinances.  Our interdisciplinary staff of planners and engineers work collaboratively on assignments to provide clients with the breadth of expertise required. 

Our goal is to assist clients in addressing complex issues of growth and preservation in a positive and environmentally sensitive manner to preserve and enhance the quality of life.  Through dynamic public outreach programs utilizing visioning strategies and charrettes, we assure that projects reflect and are embraced by the community.  We utilize the precepts of smart growth, adaptive reuse, and sustainable design to assure that our plans meet the needs not just of today’s residents and visitors, but provide a sturdy legacy for future generations.  We integrate GIS mapping, Sketchup, and renderings as tools to convey project images for the public.
