Our living environment is changing. Dwindling natural resources, rising energy costs, isolated neighborhoods, sprawling patterns of development, and continued development pressures have all contributed to make sustainability a universal obligation.

PARE has embraced sustainable design practices as a corporate responsibility and utilizes many planning, permitting, design tools, and best development practices to enable clients to integrate voluntary initiatives for "Green" development.  PARE's LEED-accredited professionals assist clients in preparing documentation for submission to and certification by the U.S. Green Building Council under their Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program.  PARE engineers, planners, and scientists remain abreast of the most current sustainable design techniques and promote these practices within our projects.
