Pare was retained by Coastal Medical, Inc. to provide civil engineering and site development for the design of site improvements, utilities, drainage, parking lot layout and permitting for the construction of a 48,000-sf medical office building.

The project included submitting a major land development permitting application to the City of East Providence, a Rhode Island Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (RIPDES) Storm Water General Permit for Construction Activity, and a Physical Permit Modification with the Rhode Island Department of Transportation.

In addition to the schematic, design development, and permitting services, PARE also provided development of construction document and sitework specifications, as well as construction-phase services for the project.
