Victoria has over 12 years of design experience and is a member of Pare’s site/civil design team. She has been involved in the design of drainage, utility, grading, stormwater management systems, and site amenities for a wide variety of projects including K-12 and charter schools, colleges and universities, institutional facilities, and mixed-use commercial developments.
