Walter Heller, David Elwell, and Amy Archer were happy to represent the Pare team at the ribbon-cutting for the official opening of the City of Waltham’s Wayside Branch of the Mass Central Rail Trail. Pare provided design and permitting services, including development of the route, roadway crossings, bridge modifications, and associated amenities, as well as construction-phase services.
