Pare has designed rehabilitated and new wastewater collection and conveyance systems, pumping facilities and treatment facilities. The regulatory process and permitting requirements of various agencies are an important element of developing projects, and they are dealt with efficiently and thoroughly.

Noteworthy past projects have included the upgrading and expansion of a wastewater treatment plant from primary to secondary treatment; town-wide sewer improvements/expansions and private developments resulting in the design and construction of over 50 miles of laterals and interceptors; the design of over 40 pumping stations; and the engineering and permitting of numerous On-Site Wastewater Treatment Systems (OWTS).
