Brandon has more than 20 years of experience on a variety of civil and environmental engineering projects. He is especially proficient in water and wastewater engineering and on-site wastewater treatment and disposal. His experience also includes solid waste engineering, site remediation and hazardous waste management, soil and groundwater sampling programs, hydrant flow testing, and construction administration. Brandon is Pare’s project manager for the Narragansett Bay Commission’s $800-million Phase III Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Program.
