Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Statement

Pare Corporation is committed to cultivating, fostering, and preserving a workplace culture that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive.  The individual differences, lived experiences, knowledge, inventiveness, creativity, innovation, self-expression, capabilities, and talents of our employees are a significant part of our culture and have contributed to our continued success.

Preamble to Pare’s Approach to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

At Pare, we have a proud history of supporting and celebrating the individual differences that make our employees, clients, and local communities unique, including differences based on race, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, sex or gender, age, gender identity or expression (including transgender status), sexual orientation, marital status, military service and veteran status, physical or mental disability, and genetic information.  We celebrate these differences not just because it is legally required by applicable federal, state, or local laws and ordinances, but because it is the right thing to do.

Pare recognizes that there is always room for improvement.  We understand that progress towards a more just, equitable, and inclusive world requires a constant and intentional effort on behalf of all of us.  For that reason, the following sections are intended to be living documents that can and should be reviewed regularly and updated to reflect any advancements made in social understanding and with best practices for inclusivity in mind.

DE&I Mission Statement

We strive to actively and intentionally engage with colleagues, clients, and partners to leverage the full range of our human differences. We recognize that we can achieve more by working together while learning from the diverse backgrounds and experiences that each of us brings to our role at Pare.
