Mr. Hayward has 25 years of experience working on environmental engineering projects that have been focused mainly on wastewater and groundwater treatment design and operations. He has operated and maintained groundwater treatment systems that remove chlorinated solvents, fuels, and oils. Mr. Hayward’s experience includes the design, construction, startup, and operation of advanced, onsite treatment systems in residential, commercial, and municipal applications. He has also performed numerous investigations and monitoring of hazardous-waste sites contaminated with metals, PCBs, solvents, and petroleum oils. Mr. Hayward also performed construction oversight for several drinking-water treatment plants.
