Haskell Pond Dam was the perfect backdrop to the 2021 Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs’ Dam and Seawall grant award program. Pare has supported the City of Gloucester’s multi-phase rehabilitation of the dam since 2015.
