Recently, Pare’s Brandon Blanchard met alongside representatives from Stantec and the Narragansett Bay Commission with the Providence Business News to share the impact NBC’s Phase III CSO Program is having on the water quality of Narragansett Bay. Pare has worked with the Narragansett Bay Commission since the mid-1990s including NBC’s previous phases of CSO abatement projects. Pare is currently partnered with Stantec to provide Program Management and Construction Management services.
