Several members of Pare’s team presented at Massachusetts Association of Conservation Commissions’ 2026 Annual Environmental Conference, joining conservation leaders from across the Commonwealth.

Adrienne D. Lennon and Spencer Lynds led a session on how communities are creating and strengthening local bylaws to expand on the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act relative to the Massachusetts Stormwater Handbook. This will advance stormwater strategies to reduce flooding, improve water quality, and support long-term community sustainability.

Eric Silva and Lauren Gluck, P.W.S. presented on culvert and bridge replacement alternatives, outlining constraints typically encountered, permitting pathways, compliance with the Massachusetts Stream Crossing Standards, design considerations for wildlife (critter) crossings, and funding opportunities available to municipalities.
