Overview

Pare Corporation was a member of the architectural design team selected by the Town of Lincoln, RI to design a new senior center. The project included the construction of a new 11,000-sq.ft. facility, access and circulation driveway, parking areas, stormwater management facilities, utility connections, and landscaping. The new building contains administrative offices, kitchen and dining hall, conference room, computer room, multipurpose room, fitness and recreation rooms, storage and service areas. A new 24-foot-wide driveway extending from Jenckes Hill Road onto the property provides access to the site and seventy-three parking spaces are available.

Pare performed wetlands delineations at the proposed site and prepared permit applications. Pare then provided site engineering services for the design of drainage and stormwater plans, utility plans, site layout plans, and construction specifications for bidding. Pare also performed a traffic impact analysis for the site due to the nearby location of the Lincoln Middle School and provided construction-phase services.
