Dave has 23 years of experience in various aspects of civil and environmental engineering. He is especially proficient in the areas of stormwater management, utilities, roadway, and site design. He has developed strong technical skills, reliable professional judgement, and established notable client relations. He has recently managed several large project assignments including the new Rhode Island Veterans Home, the new Brookside Apartments at the University of Rhode Island, and the siting and permitting of a number of ongoing solar energy development projects.
