Pare provided site/civil engineering, drainage design, utility design, traffic analyses, and permit applications. The development included a 120-bed nursing home, 84-unit assisted living facility, access roadways, surface parking for 162 vehicles, several stormwater detention facilities, and extensive landscaping amenities. Site grading for the access roads, parking lots and building footprints was challenging due to the topography of the site. Pare provided slope stability recommendations and retaining wall design to accommodate the significant cuts & fills.

Utility design included water, wastewater, and natural gas service. Pare also performed traffic analyses and prepared a PAPA permit application for the RI Department of Transportation, as well as RIPDES and Freshwater Wetlands permits for the RI Department of Environmental Management.
