Lori Cunningham joined Pare in 2019 to help support all aspects of the firm’s Human Resources policies and practices. She works closely with the Director of Business Administration and executive management in assessing the staffing needs of all divisions and then providing full-cycle recruitment efforts. She also manages new employee Onboarding efforts, Employee Relation issues, and the administration and compliance of the firm’s benefit programs.
