Phil has over 38 years of overall experience, 25 of those spent managing large-scale transportation engineering projects throughout New England. He has managed diverse design teams and multidisciplinary projects encompassing complete streets design, traffic impact studies, signal design, complex interchanges and roadway corridors, green infrastructure designs, intersection and interchange design, stormwater hydrology and hydraulics, LID design techniques, and construction management of complex transportation projects.
