Pare Corporation was part of the design team that provided design and construction-phase services for new synthetic turf multi-use fields, track, and natural turf fields. The athletic facilities were built on the site of the previous high school once the new high school was completed. The design was coordinated between the Town and the athletic department at the High School to evaluate the multiple uses for the field, capacity of the bleachers, and site-specific design elements such as the logo and lines for the associated sports.

Pare designed an underground drainage system that allows for runoff to be quickly drained away from the track and synthetic field. Pare subcontracted with an irrigation consultant and a well driller for initial investigations to design wells to service the cooling and cleaning system for the synthetic field.

Pare also performed permitting through the Town Planning Board and Conservation Commission, as well as a submission to the MA Department of Environmental Protection under the Wetlands Protection Act.
