Pare Corporation was a member of the project team selected by the State of Rhode Island to design the redevelopment of the existing Aime Forand building on the state’s Pastore Campus to house the new headquarters of the Department of Motor Vehicles. The renovated building includes a cafe, plasma screens, and nearly 70,000 square feet of space.
Pare’s services included site planning and parking layout evaluation and design; site utility engineering evaluation; traffic engineering analysis; wetlands delineations and permitting; the preparation of design development and construction documents, specifications; and construction administration.
