Mike joined Pare’s Civil Division in 2000. Since then, Pare’s building structures group has grown significantly under his leadership. He has been responsible for designing horizontal and vertical structures, conducting structural condition assessments, preparing building demolition contracts, and formulating cost estimates. Mike now brings his vast project and managerial experience to his role as Senior Vice President and Manager of Pare’s Civil/Structural Division. As Division Manager he oversees the project activities of a staff of nearly 30 civil and structural engineers, wetlands scientists, and CAD technicians.
