Kevin Champagne joined Pare in 1999 as a structural engineer and since then has gained experience on a wide range of assignments, including the analysis and design of buildings, waterfront structures, bridges, and support facilities. He has been responsible for the preparation of structural condition assessments and evaluations, study reports, cost estimates, construction documents, and pre- and post-construction surveys. Kevin’s focus is on biotechnology and industrial building retrofits, additions, and new construction, as well as the design of new educational buildings or renovations to aging schools.
