Mr. Desmarais has 28 years of civil/environmental engineering experience and manages Pare’s Kingston, New Hampshire office. He served as the City Engineer and Public Works Director in Amesbury, MA for many years. Past projects have involved new and rehabilitated infrastructure from water, sewer and stormwater systems to roads, bridges and streetscapes, as well as buildings, land development, and environmental remediation. His experience in lake management has led to dozens of successful lake improvement projects. He has extensive construction management and construction observation experience and has conducted various types of presentations to the public, municipal boards and clients.
